My Son bought me this bag for Christmas. The quality is second to none and I absolutely love it. It is a lovely colour and goes with anything. It looks to be far more expensive that it is. Am now looking for a matching purse.

This is an important bit of kit for the iPad, because it lets you plug in a serious camera such as a Nikon D3, download the pictures, email them, upload them, or whatever else you want to do, and get on with shooting. For a professional photo shoot on location, it means you can check the images for focus and other flaws on a bigger screen without having to pack a laptop. Nikon used to sell a dedicated device for that, at several times the price of an iPad.

Since the advent of iOS 4.2 you can also use the USB connector for midi connection, with the appropriate app, and it can also (again, with the appropriate app) be used for getting sound in and out. Other uses are bound to follow, since Apple has obviously left some of the protocols open for this device.

All in all I'm very pleased to have this, though I would quite happily accept the USB port only, since I don't use SD cards. This appears to be priced at the bottom of Apple's range, though, and they may have decided that users wouldn't want it if it were just the USB.

When you see how small it is, you may baulk at the price. When you begin to use it and discover how useful it is, that price begins to seem irrelevant.

Recommended to all serious photographers who use an iPad.

Like many other reviewers I feel that Apple should have included a SD card slot on the ipad2, and preferably a USB connector. However they didn't, and although the omission is irritating, this over-priced kit does the job well. I have tried it with SDHC cards and SD cards and it works fine. It does not work with SDXC cards however.
As far as the USB connector is concerned it works with my Canon 7D together with the Canon supplied USB cable, but so it should!
For other users of cameras that use Compact Flash cards, a worthwhile investment would be a CF Card/SDHC card adaptor, as this enables SDHC cards to be used in the camera, and then used in the Apple SD card part of this kit - otherwise you have to take both parts of the kit with you, together with the USB cable.

Very good item. You can upload your photos all in one go (and skip duplicates), and have the choice to keep them or delete them from the camera afterwards. The photos can then be sorted by date or upload, and be accessed directly on the iPad as a mass storage device to be copied or deleted (this is the only files you'll be able to access directly from your iPad in Windows XP without going through iTunes).

So all in all very useful piece of kit.

PS: I've got the iOS4.3 upgrade and this works no problem with my Canon camera...

This bag arrived extremely quickly and well packaged which was great! -The bag itself was well wrapped in tissue paper and plastic so it came to me in the best condition, and included a cute pink dust bag for it for when Its not in use.
I was a little bit disappointed to see that the colour isn't quite as shown in the picture (Mine is just white/leopard rather than fading into the blacks), however for this sized bag it does look good. You can really feel the quality of the material which I wasn't sure I'd be getting for the price I paid, but it does feel like strong durable material, and not too plastick-y either. The quality doesn't just show on the outside, as it continues inside the bag too. The spacious interior of the bag is well lined and has a few compartments which I can see coming in handy with a bag of this size, so that my stuff doesn't get too lost inside of it!
All in all I'm really pleased, really good quality at a really reasonable price! Thanks xx

i have just received this bag and its great, i use it for carrying my work lunch, which is great as if something spills, its easily cleaned. it is quite thin plastic so I'm not sure how long it will last but at the price, what can you expect.

Received this cute little bag yesterday. Unusual design, can be used as a small handbag (has a zip along the top - good for safety). Made from recycled plastic bottles so should be waterproof. Unsure about durability yet as only received yesterday. Can be used as a handbag, lunchbag or makeup bag. I am a lover of handbags, the brighter and more unusual the better, so couldn't resist this one as it is SO inexpensive. I tend to go for much larger ones but, although small, this litte cutie is holding my purse, chequebook, tissues, eyeliner, lipstick, mobile phone etc so looks can be deceiving!!! Well worth the money!!!

I wanted a case for my new Cambridge Sciences 7" Android tablet and saw this item in my search on Amazon. It arrived within 48 Hrs, a full day before the estimated first date, which was great. The packaging was good and very asthectically pleasing.

The quality of manufacture was way above expected for the price.I fitted my new Cambridge Sciences Vector G7 tablet and plugged it in and it worked immediately, I have since found that if I disable Android keyboard in settings on my tablet it just uses the USB keyboard, so the on screen keyboard no longer pops up and obscures half of the screen, this may not work with all tablets (I have no idea because this is my first foray outside Windows PCs).

I noticed previous reviewers liked this keyboard/case but thought it needed velcro to hold the same tablet as mine securely, it doesn't! The top clamp slides up (stiffly, nescesarily) once this is done insert the device pushing firmly down towards the lower clamps, then slide the top clamp down to contact the top of the unit then lift the lówer part of the clamp onto the tablet and slide the whole clamp down towards the unit firmly, this will hold it securely and there is little likelehood it will slip out. Very slight downside to this, it obscures the webcam but to use it push the clamp up use cam and replace clamp when finished.

All in all a great piece of kit, even more amazing at the price. Hey presto a useable mini laptop for next to no money.

PS the keyboard seems to work with any PC or laptop (The Q key on my laptop died but this keyboard operates it fine). Would definately recommend it to anyone.

Bought this to go with a Tabtech 7" Android pad (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004RAN7VI/ref=oss_product). Works perfectly well, keeps the pad safe and secure and makes typing long emails/documents much easier than the touch screen keypad. Can't fault it.

This is an excellent value case and keyboard and looks very smart too.
Most of you who have trouble getting it to work on your tablets are maybe using the wrong type of mini/micro USB adapters!
You can test the keyboard by plugging it to a PC. If it works then is not faulty.
First try connecting other USB devices like a USB flash memory or mouse on your USB adapter to the tablet? If nothing works then you are using the wrong type adapter! You need to try an OTG mini/micro USB B-type (depending on the tablet) with Pin#4 connected adapter cable. A USB OTG= On The Go specification have pin#4 connected (Active) on the mini/micro USB plug (Usually not connected on standard mini USB plug spec) and that is the key. You must ask the sellers of these adapters to confirm this however I found it really difficult as most sellers don't have a clue about this! Also beware that they can specify OTG Host adapter in their description but it is not! You must confirm that pin#4 is connected on the mini or micro USB plug of the adapter.
After finally getting the right mini USB OTG adapter it worked great on my Storage Options Scroll 7" Android 2.3.3 tablet. Also USB mouse, flash memory, external hard drives work too.
The tablet slipping issue is easily sorted with a piece of Velcro tape on the back. The only issue is the keyboard can scratch the screen while closed so I recommend using a piece of soft cloth between them.
